OPPO FIND N2 FLIP PRE-ORDER AND LAUNCH PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions

The OPPO Find N2 Flip Pre-Order and Launch Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The schedule of the Promo is as follows:

i. Customers who wish to pre-order OPPO Find N2 Flip are required to either make full payment of the price of the OPPO Find N2 Flip if pre-order is made via online platforms or pay RM100.00 for pre-order made via offline platforms during Pre-order Promo period as deposit (“Deposit”).

ii. Customers who have successfully pre-ordered OPPO Find N2 Flip and made the Deposit during the Pre-order Promo Period are entitled to collect their order from Launch Promo Period onwards upon making full payment of the product minus the Deposit paid.

ii.	Pre-order Giveaway B Customers who have successfully pre-ordered any OPPO Find N2 Flip during the Pre-order Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) unit of the following gifts: a. OPPO Find N2 Flip Phone Case; b. OPPO Enco Air 3; and c. One (1) year of OPPO Care Protection Plan.	a) Authorized Dealer Stores (Vicom and AGS); and b) Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic, TMT and Unbox).
ii.	Pre-order Giveaway A Customers who have successfully pre-ordered any OPPO Find N2 Flip during the Telco Pre-order Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) unit of the following gifts: a. iii.	Pre-order Giveaway B Customers who have successfully pre-ordered any OPPO Find N2 Flip on Telco Launch Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) unit of the OPPO Enco Air 3.	Telco Partners (Celcom, Digi, Maxis, U Mobile and YES)

*The above shall collectively be referred to as “Free Gifts” and shall only be entitled upon full payment of the product minus the Deposit paid.

b. One (1) year of OPPO Care Protection Plan.

ii.

Purchase Giveaway B

Customers who purchasing the OPPO Find N2 Flip during the Launch Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) unit of the following gifts:

a. OPPO Enco Air 3; and

b. One (1) year of OPPO Care Protection Plan.

a) Authorized Dealer Store (Vicom and AGS); and

b) Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic, TMT and Unbox).

Purchase with Purchase

Customers who have successfully pre-ordered or purchasing any OPPO Find N2 Flip during or after the Promo Period in March shall be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of the following items at a discounted price:

a. OPPO Pad Air 4+128 at RM1,099; and

b. OPPO Enco Air 3 at RM199.

Customers who purchase the OPPO Find N2 Flip during or after the Promo Period from any other channel may bring the receipt to the Participating Channels to redeem this Promo.

a) My OPPO Space;

c) OPPO Display Zone+.

iv.

OPPO Care Protection Plan A

Customers who purchasing the OPPO Find N2 Flip after the Launch Promo Period in March shall be entitled to one (1) year of OPPO Care Protection Plan.and be entitled to purchase the OPPO Care Protection Plan at RM299.

a) My OPPO Space;

b) OPPO Brand Store;

c) OPPO Display Zone+;

d) OPPO Official Online Store; and

E-commerce Partners (Shopee and Lazada).

iii.

OPPO Care Protection Plan B

Customers who purchasing the OPPO Find N2 Flip after the Launch Promo Period in March shall be entitled to one (1) year of OPPO Care Protection Plan.

a) Authorized Dealer Store (Vicom and AGS); and

b) Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic, TMT and Unbox).

*The above shall collectively be referred to as “Free Gifts” and shall only be entitled upon full payment of the product minus the Deposit paid.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo and the Free Gifts are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability. JBSB reserves the right to substitute alternative Free Gifts of equivalent value without prior notice.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
