Instructions on how to enter forms part of these Official Rules of entry. Participation in this OPPO Competition (#ReasonsToBuyReno8T) is deemed acceptance of these rules. This Competition is sponsored by Endeavor Electronics Trading L.L.C.

تُشكل التعليمات الخاصة بكيفية المشاركة جزءًا من قواعد الاشتراك الرسمية لهذه المسابقة. وتُعتبر المشاركة في مسابقة (#ReasonsToBuyReno8T) قبولاً لهذه القواعد. هذه المسابقة برعاية شركة إنديفور لتجارة الإلكترونيات ذ.م.م. والمُشار إليها بـ "Endeavor Electronics Trading L.L.C."

1.To participate in the competition, entrants must purchase the Reno8 T device from OPPO authorized retailers, share their experience with the device using #ReasonsToBuyReno8T, tag OPPO, and present their invoice as proof of purchase.

1. للمشاركة في المسابقة، يجب على المشاركين شراء جهاز أوبو رينو 8 T من تجار التجزئة المعتمدين من OPPO، ومشاركة تجربتهم مع هذا الهاتف باستخدام وسم #ReasonsToBuyReno8T، وذكر الحساب الرسمي ل OPPO، ويتوجب عليهم تقديم فاتورتهم كدليل على الشراء.

2. 10 winners will be selected to win cashback on their OPPO device and contacted via OPPO’s official social media page to provide their details.

2. سيتم اختيار 10 مشاركين للفوز باسترداد نقدي على جهازهم، حيث سيتم التواصل معهم عن طريق ‏الحساب الرسمي ل OPPO المعتمد في منطقتهم على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لتقديم بياناتهم.

3. 10 winners will be selected based on the number of submissions and efforts. The sponsor's decision concerning the winner will be final and binding on every person who enters.

3. يتم اختيار الفائزين العشرة بناءً على عدد المشاركات والجهد المبذول في أعمالهم. وسيكون قرار الراعي فيما يتعلق بالفائز نهائياً وملزماً لكل شخص يشارك في المسابقة.

4. The event organizer will contact you if your submission is selected to win an award. Upon being contacted, you must fill in your personal information as requested. Failure to submit all required documents within the specified time limit or submitting documents that do not meet the event sponsor’s requirements will be interpreted as a relinquishment of your eligibility, upon which your prize will be awarded to another participant.

4. في حال تم اختيار الملفات التي أرسلتها للفوز بجائزة، سيقوم المنظم بالتواصل معك. بمجرد التواصل معك يجب تقديم بياناتك الشخصية على النحو المطلوب. فى حالة الفشل في تقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة في المهلة المحددة أو إرسال مستندات لا توافق طلبات الراعي، سيتم تفسير ذلك بأنه تخلٍ عن أهليتك وسيتم بموجبه منح جائزتك لمشارك آخر.

5. You may not use another person’s submission to form part of your submissions. You shall bear sole responsibility for any legal liabilities or disputes arising from violations of these conditions

5. لا يجوز لك استخدام أعمال شخص آخر لا تخصك ‏لتكوين أي جزء من المشاركات المرسلة. وعلى ذلك سوف تتحمل المسؤولية ‏الكاملة عن أي مساءلة قانونية أو نزاع ينشأ عن مخالفة هذه الشروط.‏

6. By participating in this event, you agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, you agree to refrain from publishing or uploading any illegal information of a political, content of racial discrimination, pornographic, or violent nature or which may be deemed to support terrorism. Any works violating the applicable laws and regulations or the event’s organizer deems disruptive to public social order and morality will be immediately disqualified from the event without recourse.

6.المشاركة في هذه المسابقة تعني موافقتك على الالتزام بجميع القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والامتناع عن نشر أو تحميل أي معلومات غير قانونية ذات طبيعة سياسية أو إباحية أو عنيفة أو مؤيدة للإرهاب أو تمييز عنصري. سيتم استبعاد أي أعمال تنتهك القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها أو أعمال قد يراها المنظم تمس الأسس الأخلاقية أو الأعراف الاجتماعية دون الرجوع للمشارك.

7. Entry is open to all residents of the United Arab Emirates. The contest is not intended to be used by, or targeted to, anyone under the age of 18 years old.

7. المشاركة فى المسابقة متاحة لجميع المقيمين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. لا تستهدف هذه المسابقة ولا يُقصد استخدامها من قِبل الأفراد الذي يقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً.

8. Employees of the Sponsor (and its third-party service providers or agencies associated with this promotion) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

8. موظفو الراعي (ومقدمو الخدمات أو الوكالات التابعة لجهات خارجية مرتبطة بهذه المسابقة) وأسرهم غير مؤهلين للمشاركة في هذه المسابقة.

9. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

9. سيتم اعتبار المشاركات غير المكتملة أو غير المقروءة سيتم استبعادها من المسابقة.

10. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize item of equal or greater retail value.

10. يحتفظ الراعي بالحق، وفقاً لتقديره الخاص، في استبدال أي مكون من مكونات الجائزة بقيمته النقدية أو بقيمة مساوية أو أكبر.

11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize will be forfeited if the prize Winner does not provide the information required to take or redeem the prize within seven (7) days of the prize announcement.

11.  الجائزة غير قابلة للتحويل إلى مشارك آخر أو الاستبدال. في حال تعذر تقديم الفائز المعلومات المطلوبة لاستلام الجائزة أو الحصول عليها في غضون سبعة (7) أيام من إعلانه، يتم النظر للفائز باعتباره فاقداً لحقه ومتنازلاً عن الجائزة.

12. The winner shall provide all details requested and required by Sponsor to deliver the prizes. Any additional charges, duties, levies, or taxes, which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize or monetary value, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

12.  يجب على الفائز تقديم جميع التفاصيل التى يطلبها الراعي لتسليم الجائزة. وأي رسوم أو ضرائب إضافية قد تكون واجبة السداد نتيجة حصول الفائز على الجائزة أو القيمة النقدية هي مسؤولية الفائز وحده إن وجدت.

13. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Sponsor's discretion. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

13. يحتفظ الراعي، في أي وقت، بالحق في التحقق من صحة المدخلات وبيانات المشاركين بما في ذلك هوية المشارك وعمره ومكان إقامته واستبعاد أي مشارك يقدم مشاركة لا تتوافق مع القواعد الرسمية أو يتلاعب في عملية الدخول. على أن يتم قبول الأخطاء والسهو وفقاً لتقدير الراعي. ولا يشكل تخلف الراعي في إنفاذ أي من حقوقه في أي مرحلة تنازلاً عن هذه الحقوق.

14. The sponsor requires (45) forty-five days from the date the Prize Winner provides information required to take or redeem the prize to deliver the prizes to the winner.

14. يتطلب الراعي (45) خمسة وأربعين يوماً من تاريخ تقديم الفائز المعلومات المطلوبة لتسليم الجوائز إلى الفائز.

15. You understand that by participating, you hereby grant the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, sublicense to others, modify, translate, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform these assets, including but not limited to social media, events, catalog, TVC, OPPO website, third party websites or publication and to use them for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without approval from or compensation to you or any other person, the Sponsor will not be required to treat any assets as confidential, and authorize the Sponsor to use of your name, city of residence, photograph, voice, statement and image for publicity or programming purposes, in all media, without remuneration, throughout the world in perpetuity.

15.  أنت مدرك أنه من خلال المشاركة، فإنك تمنح الراعي بموجب هذا ترخيصاً دائماً وغير قابل للإلغاء وعالمياً وحصرياً وخالياً من حقوق الملكية وقابلاً للتحويل لاستخدام وإعادة الإنتاج وترخيصها من الباطن للآخرين وتعديلها وترجمتها وإعداد أعمال مشتقة منها وعرضها للجمهور، وأداء هذه الأصول علناً، والتي تشمل ولا تقتصر على، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو المسابقات أو الكتالوج أو TVC أو موقع OPPO أو مواقع أو منشورات الجهات الخارجية، واستخدامها لأي غرض تجاري أو أي غرض آخر على الإطلاق دون موافقة منك أو تقديم تعويض لك أو لأي شخص آخر، لن يُطلب من الراعي التعامل مع أي مشاركات على أنها سرية، ويفوض الراعي باستخدام اسمك، ومدينة إقامتك، وصورك، وصوتك، وبيانك، وصورتك لأغراض الدعاية أو البرمجة، على جميع وسائل الإعلام، ودون مقابل، في جميع أنحاء العالم، وإلى الأبد.

16. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes; and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.

16.  لا يقدم الراعي أي تعهدات أو ضمانات فيما يتعلق بالجودة، الملاءمة، القابلية للتسويق لأي من السلع، والخدمات المقدمة كجوائز، ولا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عن خسارة أو تلف الجوائز أثناء النقل.

17. Any cost associated with accessing the retailer's TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube page is the entrant's responsibility and will be dependent on the Internet service provider used.

17.  أي تكلفة مرتبطة بالوصول إلى صفحات الوكيل على مختلف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مثل تيك توك، فيسبوك، إنستغرام، تويتر، أو يوتيوب هي مسؤولية المشارك وتعتمد على مزود خدمة الإنترنت المستخدم.

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency, or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion (subject to all and any relevant state and territory rules and regulations).

18.  في حال وجود ظروف غير متوقعة أو حرب أو إرهاب أو حالة طوارئ أو كارثة (والتي تشمل ولا تقتصر على الكوارث الطبيعية) يحتفظ الراعي بالحق في إلغاء أو إنهاء أو تعديل أو تعليق المسابقة (يخضع لكافة قواعد ولوائح أنظمة إقليم الدول ذات صلة).

19. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances and the validity of your entry will be undertaken by Sponsor. The validation method will be determined by Sponsor at its complete discretion.

19.   إذا تم اختيار مشاركتك على أنها مشاركة فائزة، فسوف يتولى الراعي التحقق من وضعك وصلاحية مشاركتك. سيتم تحديد طريقة التحقق من قبل الراعي وفقاً لتقديره الكامل.

20. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

20. إذا تم التدخل في هذه المسابقة بأي شكل من الأشكال أو لم يكن من الممكن إجراؤها كما هو متوقع بشكل معقول لأي سبب خارج عن سيطرة الراعي، يحتفظ الراعي بالحق وفقاً لتقديره الخاص، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون: (أ) استبعاد أي مشارك، أو (ب) مع مراعاة أي توجيهات مكتوبة من سلطة تنظيمية مختصة، لتعديل المسابقة أو تعليقها أو إنهائها أو إلغائها، حسب الاقتضاء.

21. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this competition, and which are subject to change without notice to competition entrants individually. Each entrant releases the Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any damage, loss, or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation in the competition or the use of any prize.

21.  من خلال المشاركة في المسابقة، يوافق كل مشارك على الالتزام بالقواعد الرسمية، والتي ستكون نهائية وملزمة قانوناً في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالمسابقة، والتي تخضع للتغيير دون إشعار المشتركين في المسابقة بشكل فردي، ويخلي كل مشارك مسؤولية الراعي، والشركات التابعة له، والشركات الفرعية ذات الصلة، والمديرين، والمسؤولين، والموظفين، والممثلين، والوكلاء، ووكالات الإعلان والترويج، من أي ضرر أو خسارة أو مسؤولية متكبدة نتيجة مشاركة المشارك في المسابقة أو استخدام أي جائزة.

22. In cases where an award cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within seven days of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the Sponsor from establishing contact), the award will automatically be considered waived. However, the Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue awards in such cases. Upon receiving their awards, winners will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. Except in cases of gross or malicious negligence on the part of the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by winners relating to the use or receipt of awards.

22. في الحالات التي يتعذر فيها تسليم الجائزة لأسباب ناشئة عن الفائز (والتي تشمل ولا تقتصر على عدم تقديم معلومات الاتصال في غضون (7) سبعة أيام من انتهاء المسابقة أو تقديم معلومات اتصال غير كاملة أو غير دقيقة تمنع الراعي من إنشاء جهة اتصال) سيتم اعتبار الجائزة تلقائياً متنازل عنها. لا يتحمل الراعي أي مسؤولية عن أي نتيجة من هذا القبيل ولن يعيد منح الجوائز في مثل هذه الحالات. عند استلام المشاركين جوائزهم، يُتوقع من الفائزين تأكيد اكتمال التسليم عن طريق إخطار الموزع مباشرةً، باستثناء الحالات غير الطبيعية التي تمنع ذلك. لن يكون الراعي مسؤولاً عن أي حوادث أو أضرار يتعرض لها الفائزون فيما يتعلق باستخدام أو استلام الجوائز، ما لم يكن هناك إهمال جسيم أو ضار من الراعي.

23. The competition is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

23. تعتبر المسابقة لاغية في الحالات التي يحظرها القانون وتخضع لجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.

24. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this competition. Sponsor is committed to maintaining your privacy, and we want you to understand how we use and manage your data. In order to improve our services and provide better content, the Sponsor may keep track of patterns of use in the e-mails and e-mail newsletters sent. By supplying the Sponsor with your information, you have given us permission to communicate with you via mail, e-mail, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, and telephone indefinitely to inform you about products and services we deliver relevant to our industry.

24. تصبح جميع المشاركات ملكاً للراعي. يجمع الراعي البيانات الشخصية عنك لتمكينك من المشاركة في هذه المسابقة، ويلتزم الراعي بالحفاظ على خصوصيتك، ونريد أن نوضح لك أن استخدامنا وإدارتنا لبياناتك هو من أجل تحسين خدماتنا وتقديم محتوى أفضل، وقد يتتبع الراعي أنماط الاستخدام في رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل الإخبارية المرسلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني. من خلال تزويد الراعي بمعلوماتك، تكون قد منحتنا الإذن بالتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، والرسائل القصيرة، ورسائل الوسائط المتعددة، وتطبيقات فيسبوك، وتويتر، والهاتف إلى مُدّة غير محددة لإبلاغك بالمنتجات والخدمات التي نقدمها ذات الصلة بصناعتنا.

25. Entry must be the entrant's original work, may not have been published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or identifiable in the entry consent to the submission and use of the entry in the competition and its use as otherwise stated in these Rules.

25. يجب أن تكون أعمال المشاركين أصيلة ، أي لم يتم نشرها مسبقاً، ولم تفز بجوائز سابقة، ويجب ألا تنتهك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو العلامات التجارية أو حقوق الخصوصية أو الدعاية أو الملكية الفكرية الأخرى أو حقوق أخرى لأي شخص أو كيان. من خلال تقديم أعمال المشاركة، يضمن المشارك ويقر بأن هو أو هي أو أي شخص يظهر أو يمكن تحديد هويته في تلك الأعمال، يوافق على إرسال أعمال المشاركة واستخدامها في المسابقة كما هو منصوص عليه في هذه القواعد.

26. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

26. هذه المسابقة ليست بأي حال من الأحوال برعاية أو اعتماد أو إدارة أو مرتبطة بمنصة فيسبوك. من خلال مشاركتك، فإنك تدرك أنك تقدم معلوماتك إلى الراعي وليس إلى أي منصة تواصل اجتماعي.
