The following terms and conditions (from now the “Agreement”) are regulating the usage of the contents related to the initiative better specified below and including but not limited to name, pictures, videos, audios (the “Contents”)  provided by You to OPPO.

Whereas 

a) OPPO created a campaign with a call to action to obtain for users of the social platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, certain types of Contents, both visual and audio, freely created by users of the social platform, including You;
b)  You uploaded such Contents based on the requests and details and the terms and conditions released by OPPO;
c)  The Company would like to furtherly use such Contents for additional campaigns and communications related to such call to action;
d)  A license agreement is due to furtherly use your Contents;

Now, therefore, the Parties hereby covenant and agree as follows.

1. Your obligations and declarations.
You acknowledge and confirm that you read and accepted the regulation and associated Terms and Conditions published by OPPO for the initiative. This Agreement shall operate as an additional section of such terms and Conditions. In case of conflicts between this Agreement and previous Terms and Conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

2. Usage of Contents.
nce the Contents are selected, You agree to provide a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license, free of charge on all the Contents. You agree that such Contents can be modified in any part, published without limitations on papers, websites, networks, tv, social networks and can also be sublicensed to any company, agent, partner freely selected by the Company for the scope of the usage.

3. Applicable law and dispute resolution.
This Agreement is governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. All disputes arising out of or, in any case, in connection with this Agreement, shall be referred for ajudication to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong.
