February 10, 2021, SHENZHEN, CHINA – Today, OPPO announced the establishment of OPPO University – a company university for employees and other partners within its industry ecosystem. OPPO University’s primary functions will be to build a strong talent pipeline, pass on OPPO’s corporate culture, strengthen its internal and external ecosystem, and further promote the company’s globalization strategy.

OPPO Founder and CEO, Tony Chen, will serve as President of OPPO University, with Alen Wu serving as University Vice-President, reporting directly to Tony Chen. In order to fully focus on the preparation and management of OPPO University, Wu will no longer serve in his role as President of Global Sales. Mac Zeng, OPPO's Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will take on the role of President of Overseas Sales.
