Terms and Conditions – #OPPOFathersDay Activity

“#OPPOFathersDay Activity” (the “Promotion”) is organized and promoted by OPPO (the “Promoter” or “OPPO”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. The Participant must be a registered member of Twitter or Instagram, and should be a follower of the Promoter’s (@OPPO or @OPPO) account. The account must be made public so the submission is visible to the Promoter.

1.3. The Participant must join the activity by submitting at least one photo or one video connected to the theme “moments of your fatherhood” in the form of an Instagram or Twitter post. The post caption must contain #OPPOFathersDay as a clickable hashtag .

1.4. By entering, each Participant warrants and represents the following:(a) Participant is the sole and exclusive owner of the submission; (b) the submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; (c) any third parties appearing in the submission have given entrant appropriate consent to be photographed and used as permitted herein.

1.5. Providing a submission constitutes the Participant’s consent to give the Promoter a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in any form, media for one year for purposes of implementing the Activity.

1.6. The entry starts at 12:00 am (UTC+08) June 16th, 2022 and will end at 23:59 pm (UTC+08) June 22th, 2022.

1.7. One Participant from Twitter and one Participant from Instagram will be awarded with the prize. Each Participant can only win a maximum of one prize.

1.8. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the prize can be delivered successfully due to the requirement of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaway without any legal liabilities.

1.9. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1.10 The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

1.11. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.1. Two OPPO Find X5 Pro (Ceramic White) will be awarded for this promotion. Each set includes: 1x phone, 1x charger, 1x USB data cable, 1x Safety Guide, 1x Quick Guide, 1x SIM Ejector Tool, 1x Protective Case.

2.2. Two OPPO Find X5 Pro will be given to winners, 1 on Instagram and 1 on Twitter.

2.2. Each Participant can only win a maximum of one prize for the giveaway.

2.3. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the organizer from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prizes, winners will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by winners relating to the use or receipt of prizes.

2.4. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the organizer reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

2.5. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

2.6. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

3.1. The entry is open from 12:00 am (UTC+08 ) June 16th, 2022 and the Participant should response to the activity rule before 23:59 pm (UTC+08 ) June 22th, 2022.

3.2. The winners of the Promotion will not be announced, but will receive a notification message from the Promoter by June 30th, 2022.

3.3. Winners must then provide their full legal name, nominated prize delivery address, and contact phone number via private message to the Promoter within 48 hours upon the notification has been sent. If the winner fails to do so or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected by the Promoter.

3.4. Upon receipt of the Winner’s full legal name, nominated prize delivery address, and contact phone number via private message. Use of a false name or contact information will result in disqualification.

3.5. If the winner(s) fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed as a waiver of prizes. OPPO will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

4.1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Twitter. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Twitter.

5.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events and transfer of public gallery rights. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

6.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. And after the delivering is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information. The Promoter will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfill the above purposes.
