Terms and Conditions – #OPPOJoyBox2022

"OPPO JoyBox2022 Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is organized and promoted by OPPO (the "Promoter" or "OPPO") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions on this website and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the "Participant") and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. The Participant must be a registered member of Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or the OPPO Global Community. If the Participant is not a member of the OPPO Global Community, they should be a follower of the Promoter’s official account (@OPPO for Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok).

1.3. For owners of OPPO devices, the Participant must join the giveaway by tagging their entry with #ShotonOPPO and #OPPOJoyBox2022

1.4. If the Participant is not using an OPPO device, they must tag their entry with #OPPOJoyBox2022

1.5. Shortlisted candidates MUST provide EXIF data to be eligible to win. OPPO has the right to use all photos with #OPPOJoyBox2022 for exhibition.

1.6. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.1. This giveaway will begin at 15:00 (UTC+08 ) on December 23rd, 2022, and will end at 23:59 (UTC+08 ) on December 29th, 2022.

2.2. Each Participant can only win a maximum of one prize for the giveaway.

2.3. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the giveaways can be delivered successfully due to the requirement of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaways without any legal liabilities.

2.4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

2.5. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.6. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

3.1. Thirteen OPPO JoyBoxes will be awarded for this promotion (one box per winner). The prizes inside each box are confidential. Each OPPO JoyBox will contain two randomly selected prizes (selected from OPPO Reno8 Series smartphone, OPPO Pad Air, OPPO Enco X2, OPPO Enco Air2, OPPO Watch Free, OPPO Band, Ollie figurine).

3.2. Two boxes will be awarded on each platform Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and OPPO Global Community. There will be three additional boxes awarded to TikTok challenge winners. Two winners will be chosen by Instagram KOLs from their participating followers.

3.3. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the Promoter from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prizes, winners will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by winners relating to the use or receipt of prizes.

3.4. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

3.5. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

3.6. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.

4.1. The giveaway is open for participation from 15:00 (UTC+08 ) December 23rd, 2022, and the Participant should submit entries before 23:59 (UTC+08 ) December 29th, 2022

4.2. The winners of the giveaway will be announced, and will receive a notification message from the Promoter on January 3rd, 2023.

4.3. Winners must then provide their full legal name, nominated prize delivery address, and contact phone number via private message to the Promoter within 48 hours. If the winner fails to do so or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected by the Promoter.

4.4. Upon receipt of the Winner’s full legal name, nominated prize delivery address, and contact phone number via private message, the use of a false name or contact information will result in disqualification.

4.5. If the winner(s) fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed as a waiver of said prize. OPPO will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

5.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments, or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok.

6.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events and transfer of public gallery rights. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

7.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. After the delivery is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information. The Promoter will not sell, share or otherwise disclose the personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfill the above purposes.
