Eligibility

(1) To be eligible to participate in the Event you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of India with India Mobile Phone (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

(2) Prizes only apply to this Event in OPPO Official website.

(3) OPPO Official Website reserves the right to modify, clarify or cancel the Prizes at any time.

These Terms and Conditions comprise thePrizes to OPPO customers to benefit from the Vote of expected OPPO Store features , during the period between 19th of April 2021 till the 6th of May 2021.(“Validity Period”)

Prizes introduction:

a) The vote will start from 19th April and will go till 6th May 2020, 23:59.

b)Three (3) smartphones(OPPO Reno 5 Pro x 1, OPPO A series 5G x 2) , OPPO Smart band will be up for grabs, with eight(8) different winners being selected to win these devices i.e one device each.

c) 100% participants can win the OPPO Store Coupon ( Total value 300 INR ) .

d) A winner can only win one device.

How to play:

a) Select the features that userswant the OPPO store to provide.

b)Leave the phone number.

c)Click on the “Submit Response” button.

d)User share to pick again and double the change at winning.

e)Wait for the winner announcements to see the winners list.

f)Winners will be announced every week. If the participant wins the prize, Winners are requested to provideshipping details to OPPO team.

g) A participant is allowed to vote once in a day, but can come back the next day and try their luck again.

All winners will be contacted by our customer service team either on their registered mails or phone number to confirm their shipping and other details. Winners are requested to keep checking their mails or phone message post 6th May as they should receive an intimation from us within 2 weeks of the event ending.

3. By participating in this Event, Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

a) He/she has read these terms and conditions and he/she unconditionally accepts the same;

b) Any dispute of whatever nature if arising between the Customer and OPPO, which is related to or arises from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Indiaand such disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts in the said country;

d) Any information provided by the Customer to OPPO, including the Customer Information and any identifiable information of the Customer may be used by OPPO for the purposes of this Event. All such information may be transmitted, stored, transferred by OPPO globally across national borders and may be shared with affiliated entities outside OPPO. OPPO generally uses all such information which may be viewed online and the Customer hereby consents to the said policy.
