FAQ:

1.  Why am I receiving the pop-up like "no prize for today" when I joined the campaign?

- You need to sign in before you enter the check-in campaign. 

2. How to sign in? 

- You may click the "Settings" button, which is a three-line shape button in the top navigation bar, to check whether you have successfully signed in.

Activity Rules:

1. Activity time: 1st Oct.'24 - 31st July.'25

2. Only users whose devices have been activated within 365 days can participate in the Extended Warranty Check-In campaign.

3. After checking in, the number of extended warranty days will be credited to your account but not displayed on the e-warranty page.If you want to check the extended warranty days, please turn to the check-in campaign page (this current page) to check.

4. You may receive extend one day of the protection plan by your daily check-in.
