Terms of Sales
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order relating to Sale of any products at our e-store. These conditions signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Order

To place an order for products or services at the OPPO Store, you can visit the store website and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your OPPO ID, and have your items shipped to your address or any other designated address.

In case of orders wherein payment method is selected as “Cash on Delivery” our support team will call/text or send SMS you an order confirmation.

You may also visit https://store.oppo.com/in/ , login and Click on “My Orders' and select the product to check on the updated status.

Invoicing

You hereby agree to the Tax Invoice at the time of the receipt of the product.

Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.

Shipping and Delivery

We are delivering to almost all the major cities, covering 15000+ pin codes across PAN India.

Our standard delivery timelines are within 6-7 working days of the receipt of the order or in case of COD order(s) 6-7 working days from the idle time of the confirmation of the orders by the Customer.

OPPO duly takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the E- Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the OPPO Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws. m-The Turnaround Time (TAT) for any received grievance(s) at this portal is generally 12 working Hrs
-Post verification of the detailed grievance and receipt of all the required document and information by the grievance officer, the maximum resolution time for the Grievance is three(3) weeks
