MLBBxOPPO Smooth Legend Cup (referred to hereafter as "the Tournament") is jointly organized and promoted by Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd (hereinafter "OPPO") with the collaboration of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) operated by Shanghai Moonton Technology Co.,LTD (hereinafter "Moonton Games") and its authorised exclusive distributor for Malaysia, Jie Business Sdn Bhd ("JBSB").and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

To participate in the Tournament, follow the instructions on this website and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (hereinafter "you" or "Participant") and OPPO.

By participating in the Tournament, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

To qualify for participation in the Tournament, you must be over xxx years of age. If under xxx years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before joining the tournament or to be eligible for prizes.

1.1. To be eligible for participation in the Tournament, Participants must:-
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. If under 18 years old, the Participant must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Tournament.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legal resident of Malaysia with a valid Malaysian identity card.

1.2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
• Current or former registered players in any Mobile Legends: Bang Bang professional league, including but not limited to:
1) MPL (all regions);
2) MSC, M-Series and other regional official tournaments.
• Employees or staff members of MOONTON Games or OPPO.

1.3. Once registration is complete, no personnel changes may be made to the team roster unless a Force Majeure Event occurs.

1.4. Participants may only register with one team. If it is discovered that a Participant has registered with multiple teams, OPPO and/or JBSB reserve the right to disqualify the Participant.

2.1. OPPO and/or JBSB may request personal information from winners for prize verification purposes, including but not limited to identification and proof of residence. In the event a winner fails to provide satisfactory proof, the winner is deemed to have forfeited the prize in whole and no substitute will be provided.

2.2. The APAC Grand Finals prize money will be paid in USD or the winner's local currency, based on the real-time exchange rate.

2.3 A total prize pool of 350,000 in-game diamonds for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) will be distributed among all winners of this campaign. Additional supporting prizes will be announced on OPPO's official social media platforms.

3.1. Winners consent to participate in related publicity, including the use of their name, gameplay videos, and any other relevant material for the purposes of advertisement, promotion and publicity by OPPO and/or JBSB without additional compensation.

4.1. By registering and participating in the Tournament, the Participants consent to allow OPPO and/or JBSB collecting their personal information (including but not limited to name, email, phone number, game ID, and server ID) and such personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering the Tournament. After the conclusion of the Tournament, all personal information collected will be deleted by OPPO and/or JBSB.

4.2 OPPO and/or JBSB will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of winners to any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Tournament or as required by law. 5.1. OPPO and/or JBSB shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or modification of the Tournament caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, terrorism, political unrests, technical difficulties, act of God or any other event of force majeure ("Force Majeure Event"). OPPO and/or JBSB shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from the Force Majeure Event.

6.1. OPPO and/or JBSB accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of participating the Tournament. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of OPPO and/or JBSB for death or personal injury caused by OPPO and/or JBSB's negligence. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as failure to do so will not absolve you from any liabilities.

6.2. In no event shall OPPO and/or JBSB or their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Tournament, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, business opportunities or use of the prize.

6.3. OPPO and/or JBSB reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Tournament at any time, including without limitation due to technical issues, viruses or unauthorized human interferences. OPPO and/or JBSB shall not be responsible for: (a) any lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Tournament, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Tournament; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Tournament.

6.4. OPPO and/or JBSB may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Tournament or website or mobile application; (b) violating these terms and conditions; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

6.5. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or submitted through unauthorized methods (including automatic or robotic entry systems) will be disqualified.

7.1. The Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

7.2. Participants acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by OPPO and/or JBSB regarding all aspects of the Tournament, including eligibility, prize awarding, and disqualification, are final and binding. No appeal, query or correspondence shall be entertained.

7.3 OPPO and/or JBSB reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participant agree that he/she shall be bound to such changes.

7.4 Failure by OPPO and/or JBSB to enforce any of these terms and conditions in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver nor does it limit OPPO and/or JBSB's ability to enforce the terms in the future.
