OPPO Reno3 Series Now Supports Up to 1080p Streaming On Netflix

OPPO announced that it has entered a partnership with Netflix, enabling Reno3 series users to enjoy content from the streaming platform at 1080p.

Netflix previously cooperated with OPPO on their Find Series. This move is OPPO’s testament to bringing a richer viewing experience to its users.

OPPO has already enhanced both software and hardware of its Reno3 Series to deliver the best entertainment audio and video (A/V) experiences possible, making its partnership with Netflix all the better.

A fruitful partnership

Netflix has over 183 million paid subscribers in over 190 countries. Subscribers have access to a huge collection of TV series, documentaries, and feature films.

As such, OPPO compliments them generously with its ‘pocket cinema’ device.

The Reno3 series is loved and supported by many young users since its launch back in 2019. Having established a reputation for its creative design and technology, it alleviates itself further by bringing high-quality content on mobile, as if seen on TV.

An immersive watching experience

The new Reno3 will offer Netflix in HD (with the app pre-installed), allowing users to enjoy exclusive video content anytime and anywhere. Not only that, but OPPO has also made some improvements to both the smartphone’s hardware and software.

The Reno3 Pro now sports a Super AMOLED Screen with E3 luminescent material, therefore reaching a higher level of brightness.

Apart from that, the screen also includes DCI-P3 color gamut, providing great, vibrant colors. Power consumption has significantly reduced as well, allowing the screen to last longer.

Software-wise, the smartphone has optimized both power consumption and temperature control, providing up to 14 hours of watch time.

As for audio, the Reno3 comes with Dolby Atmos’ support. Not only is it an improvement on regular A/V content, but it also offers a close-to-action stereo effect (for Dolby Atmos certificated content).

Most importantly, the smartphone also optimised the network connection to achieve faster pre-loading speeds, reducing wait time.

The OPPO Reno3 Pro is available for RM2,399. It comes packed with an 8GB+256GB setup, 64MP Zoom Quad cam, 44MP Dual Punch-hole Camera with Dual Lens Bokeh, and the world’s first-ever 44MP+2MP Dual Punch-hole Super AMOLED Display.

The OPPO Reno3, on the other hand, is available at RM1,699. It comes with an 8GB+128GB setup, 48MP Zoom Quad cam, and 44MP Front Camera.
