OPPO 2022 THIS YEAR CHOOSE JOY

Terms and Conditions

The OPPO This Year Choose Joy (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 17^th December 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 31^st January 2023 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Promo Period”) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO Space;

ii. OPPO Brand Store;

iii. OPPO Official Online Store;

iv. Authorized Dealer Store;

v. E-commerce Partners (Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada);

vi. Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, UNBOX, Urban Republic and TMT); and

vii. Telco Partners (Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile).

(Collectively, the “Platforms”)

One to One Giveaway

i. Customers purchasing any of the following OPPO products shall be entitled to the gifts as follows:

a. OPPO Reno8 Pro: One (1) unit of OPPO Enco Buds and Extended Warranty; and

b. OPPO Pad Air: One (1) unit of OPPO Pad Air Casing.

The One to One Giveaway of OPPO Pad Air is not available at Telco Partners.

Purchase with Purchase

i. Customer who purchased any of the OPPO Smartphone during the Promo Period shall be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of following IoT at discounted price in a single transaction:

a. OPPO Enco Air 2 at RM159;

b. OPPO Watch Free at RM299; and

c. OPPO Pad Air (4+128) at RM1,199.

ii. Limited to one (1) unit OPPO Watch Free, OPPO Enco Air 2 and/or OPPO Paid Air per customer.

iii. Customers who purchase any of the OPPO Smartphone from any other Platforms may bring the receipt to the My OPPO Space and OPPO Brand Store to redeem this Promo.

OPPO Brand Store Exclusive Rewards

i. Customers purchasing any of the following OPPO Smartphone during the Promo Period shall be entitled to the following gifts:

a. OPPO A17: One (1) unit of RM10 KFC voucher; and

b. OPPO A96: One (1) unit of RM50 CRM discount voucher;

(Collectively, the “Vouchers”)

ii. Please refer to the respective Vouchers for its terms and conditions applied. The respective Vouchers’ terms and conditions may vary and JBSB shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in relation to the respective Vouchers’ terms and conditions.

iii. Customers purchasing any of the OPPO Smartphone by using ATOME Instalment Plan during the Promo Period shall be entitled to RM50 OFF.

iv. Customers purchasing any of the OPPO Smartphone by signing up Digi Super Saver Postpaid Plan during the Promo Period shall be entitled to RM200 OFF.

b) OPPO Brand Store.

*The above shall collectively be referred to as “Free Gifts”.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
