Terms and Conditions

Introduction: This My OPPO Purchase & Win Roadshow (“Roadshow”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Roadshow Period

The Roadshow will run from 24^th September 2021 00:00 (GMT +8) to 10^th October 2021 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Roadshow Period”) at LG2-Orange Atrium, Sunway Pyramid.

Ping Pong Lucky Draw

Customers purchasing any One (1) OPPO smartphone during Roadshow Period shall be entitled to One (1) chance for the Ping Pong Lucky Draw. Ping Pong Lucky Draw prizes include:

a) 2D1N Hotel Voucher (worth RM250);

b) Electronic Weigh Scale (worth RM99);

c) 10,000 mAh Powerbank (worth RM99);

d) Laptop Backpack (worth RM99);

e) Reno Umbrella (worth RM79);

f) Earphones (worth RM39); and

g) RM5 KFC Voucher (worth RM5).

Customers are allowed to multiple entries a day.

Existing and new My OPPO App Users attending this Roadshow during Roadshow Period shall be entitled to 500 Reward Points by scanning the QR Code on OPPO Purchase & Win Roadshow’s A4 display.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Roadshow promotion is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

ii. Prizes are given on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

iii. JBSB reserves the right to change Prizes to other Prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice.

iv. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Roadshow without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Roadshow shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

v. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vi. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
