OPPO MID-YEAR BONANZA PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions

The OPPO Mid-Year Bonanza Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 10^th June 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 17^th July 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO Space;

ii. OPPO Brand Store;

iii. Authorized Dealer Store;

iv. OPPO Official Online Store;

v. E-commerce Partners (Shopee and Lazada);

vi. Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic and TMT); and

vii. Telco Partners (Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile).

(Collectively, the “Platforms”)

Promo Mechanism

i	Flash Deal Customers may purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Reno7 at RM1,799 and/or one (1) unit of OPPO Reno7 Z at RM1,599 in a single transaction.	a) My OPPO Space; b) OPPO Brand Store; c) Authorized Dealer Store; d) OPPO Official Online Store; e) E-commerce Partners (Shopee and Lazada); and f) Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic and TMT).
ii.	One to One Giveaway a) Customers purchasing OPPO Find X5 Pro shall be entitled to one (1) year screen protection; b) Customers purchasing any OPPO Reno7 Series shall be entitled to one (1) unit of Reno Backpack; and c) Customers purchasing OPPO A96 shall be entitled to one (1) unit of A96 Giftbox and one (1) unit of TWS Earbuds. (Collectively, the “Free Gifts”.) Note: TWS Earbuds are not available for Telco Partners.	a) My OPPO Space; b) OPPO Brand Store; c) Authorized Dealer Store; d) OPPO Official Online Store; e) E-commerce Partners (Shopee and Lazada); f) Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic and TMT); and g) Telco Partners (Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile).
iii.	Purchase with Purchase Customers purchasing any OPPO smartphone at any one of the Platforms shall be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Enco Air 2 at 50% OFF (RM124.50) in a single transaction only. Customers must present original hardcopy receipt to be entitled to Purchase with Purchase.	a) My OPPO Space; and b) OPPO Brand Store. c） OPPO Selected Authorized Dealer Store

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo and the Free Gifts are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability. JBSB reserves the right to substitute alternative Free Gifts of equivalent value without prior notice.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
