Terms and Conditions

The Try and Buy OPPO Reno 7 5G (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promotion Period

The Promo will run from 28^th March 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 4^th April 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Promotional Period”) at the following OPPO stores:

   i.              My OPPO Space @ The Garden Mall, Lot T-230, Third Floor, Lingkaran Syed Putra, The Gardens Mall 58000 Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan.

 ii.               My OPPO Space @ Southkey MidValley, S-030a The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Persiaran Southkey 1, Southkey, 80150 Johor Bahru, Johor;

iii.               My OPPO Space @Queensbay Mall, Lot 2F-143A,145&146, Queensbay Mall, No.100, Persiaran Bayan Indah,11900 Bayan Lepas; and

Eligibility

The Promo is open to the following:

   i.              All Malaysians or permanent residents of Malaysia;

 ii.               Aged eighteen (18) and above;

iii.               Mobile phone users who are interested to try OPPO phone or upgrade their OPPO phones; and

iv.               Have completed all Qualifying Steps.

(“Eligible Participant”)

Promo Mechanism:

(Collectively, the “Qualifying Steps”)

Note:

This Promo is only limited to six (6) Eligible Participant from each store, ie: total of eighteen (18) Eligible Participant which will be randomly selected by JBSB.

Post-Trial Options:

Upon completion of the 28-day trial, all Eligible Participants shall have the following options:

Option 1:      Purchase the Device

          i.            Eligible Participant may purchase the OPPO RENO7 5G (“Device”) with 10% discount by sharing the experience via testimonials in the form of photos or videos and text to post on the Eligible Participant’s personal social media account, community sharing group or messenger group.

         ii.            Eligible Participant is required return to the collection OPPO store and pay the remaining amount of the Device. For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Participant will be given a new Device upon full payment of the purchase price.

Option 2: Return the Device

          i.            Eligible Participant may return the Device at the collection premise after the 28-day trial period; ie: before 8th May 2022.

         ii.            The deposit will be refunded to the Eligible Participant’s account within thirty (30) days after the Device has been returned.

Selection of Key Opinion Consumer (“KOC”)

          i.            JBSB will select ten (10) KOC out of the total Eligible Participants to participated in the store sharing session.

         ii.            Each store will select three (3) to four (4) KOC to participate in the store sharing session.

       iii.            Selected KOC are required to come to the store on 17^th April 2022, 14:00 to 15:30 to share the user experience while using the Device throughout the trial period.

       iv.            Each KOC will get the gift of an Ollie doll, earphone, Sanitizer Care Kit and Bottle Tumbler (Reno 6 Pro bottle - black) and door gift (OPPO Water) while user who are invited to the sharing activity will get an Ollie doll, earphone, Sanitizer Care Kit + door gift (OPPO Water).

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

          i.            This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing Promotions.

         ii.            This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or Promotion codes.

       iii.            This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

       iv.            This Promo are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

         v.            All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only, actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

       vi.            JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

      vii.            In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

     viii.            In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Malay versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions in English shall prevail.

       ix.            The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
