Hello 2022 OPPO New Year Sale

Terms and Conditions

Introduction: Hello 2022 OPPO New Year Sale Event (“Event”) is organized by OROAPAC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (1335124-M) (“OPPO Store Online”).

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Event is open to the following:

i. All Malaysians or permanent residents of Malaysia;

ii. Aged eighteen (18) and above.

("Eligible Participant")

1.2. The terms and conditions applicable for the use of content and/or service in relation to the Event shall apply to the Eligible Participant. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in disqualification from the Event.

2. Event Period

2.1. The Event will run from 1^st January 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 3^rd January 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Event Period”).

2.2. Any entries submitted out of the Campaign Period will automatically be disqualified. OPPO Store Online shall not be responsible for entries that are not received nor processed for whatsoever reason.

2.3. OPPO Store Online shall retain the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Event Period without any prior notice.

3. Event Detail

A. One to one giveaway

No.	Promotion
i.	Customers purchasing OPPO Find X3 Pro during Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following: a) One (1) unit of Wireless Charging Table Lamp; b) One (1) unit of Stainless Steel Suction Cup; and c) One (1) RM40 Touch’n Go Total worth up to RM398.00.
ii.	Customers purchasing OPPO Reno6 Series during Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following: a) One (1) unit of Reno6 Gift Box; b) One (1) unit of Stainless Steel Suction Cup; and c) One (1) RM40 Touch’n Go Total worth up to RM396.00.
iii.	Customers purchasing OPPO Reno5, OPPO Reno5 Pro and OPPO A95 during Promotion Period shall be entitled to One (1) unit of Earbuds Black. Worth up to RM109.00.
iv.	Customers purchasing OPPO Reno5 F, OPPO A74 Series, OPPO A54, OPPO A16, OPPO A15 and OPPO A16K during Promotion Period shall be entitled to One (1) unit of Remax Powerbank 10000mAh. Worth up to RM79.00.

* The above shall collectively be referred to as “Free Gifts”, available on a first come first serve basis.

B. Vouchers

Vouchers collected from OPPO Store Online https://www.oppo.com/my/store/ can only be used at OPPO Store Online.

l Below vouchers can only be collected during 31^st December 2021 – 3^rd January 2022 and be used during 1^st – 3^rd January 2022.

l Customer can collect 1 (ONE) voucher in each day.

l Vouchers for APP are exclusive for OPPO Store APP.

Note:

i. You can only apply one voucher to each order.

ii. If you cancel an order or request a refund, applied voucher will be returned to your account.

iii. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or replaceable when expired.

iv. OPPO Store Online reserves the right to revoke or re-evaluate the use of any and all issued vouchers.

4. General Terms

4.1 OPPO Store Online reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Event without any prior notice and reason.

4.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
