OPPO RENO12 SERIES (RENO12 PRO AND RENO12 5G) PRE-ORDER AND LAUNCH PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions:
HOW TO PRE-ORDER:
  • 1. Visit the website to register: http://oppo.com/ph
  • 2. Each participant is required to fill up the following details and agree to the global data privacy policy of OPPO. Multiple entries are allowed.
    • - First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
    • - Shipping Address
    • - Mobile Number
    • - Verification Code
    • - Email Address
    • - Birthday
  • 3.Before submission of the entry, participant will receive a verification code to ensure that mobile number is working.
  • 4.An SMS notification email will be sent to the participant, but does not guarantee the pre-order. The entry will be validated by the OPPO team. Successful entries will receive a call from an OPPO representative to confirm the next steps.

  • 5. An OPPO representative will locate the nearest store of pickup where the customer can settle payment.
  • 6. Payment has to be settled in participating OPPO stores. Payment must be settled within 3-5 business days from confirmation of pre-order.
  • 7. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos.
  • FAQs:
    • How does the pre-order work?

      Visit the oppo.com/ph website from July 12- Aug 31, 2024 and fill out the form to pre-order the Reno12 series. Submit the form and wait for an OPPO representative to get in touch with you within 48 hours from submission.

    • How do I pay for the phone?

      An OPPO representative will locate the OPPO store nearest to your shipping address and give instructions on how to settle payment in-stores within 3 business days.

    • Is there a deposit required?

      No deposit is required to pre-order online. However, payment needs to be settled in the assigned OPPO store within 3 business days.

    • Are the stocks guaranteed?

      Phones are subject to availability per store and will be distributed on a first come first served basis.

    • Can I get the phone on the same day the payment is settled?

      Yes, as long as the phone is available in the store.

    • How many times can I pre-order?

      There is no limit on the pre-order as long as the payment is settled within the assigned business days.

    • Why do I need to verify the primary number?

      We need to make sure that the mobile phone is working so an OPPO representative can get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.

    • Do I need to wait for an email confirmation before the call?

      An email confirmation is not a pre-requisite, as the OPPO representative may get in touch with you once entry is validated.

    • It’s been over 48 hours and no one has contacted me yet.

      You may send us an email at https://support.oppo.com/ph/email-us/ with your full name and mobile number so we can check the status of the submission.

    • I didn’t receive an SMS notification.
