    OPPO Expands into the High-End Market with OPPO Premium Service for Find X3 Pro Users

    SINGAPORE, 5 April 2021 – Following the launch of OPPO Find X3 Pro, the world’s first Full-Path Billion Colour smartphone on 11 March, OPPO today announced the introduction of a brand-new after-sales package, OPPO Premium Service, to give Find X3 Pro owners a “VIP” experience. The OPPO Premium Service marks a significant milestone for OPPO’s expansion into the high-end market.

    As part of OPPO Care Products, Find X3 Pro owners (Limited to First 3000 customers) are entitled to 40% off on OPPO Care with screen coverage extended to one year and $0 service fee with the Screen Protection Plan.

    OPPO has a dedicated group of OPPO Find Masters who are trained to be able to respond swiftly to Find X3 Pro owners’ problems. Find X3 Pro users can enjoy exclusive 24/7 hotline services (Hotline number: 800 852 6880) where a specialist team will be able to answer their questions anytime. Find X series users can also skip queues and get prioritised services with the Premium Lane when they walk in at service centres.

    Worry-free Repair Service
    OPPO has taken the lead to launch the International Warranty Service (IWS) and expanded its coverage area to 59 countries and regions this year. This will allow Find X3 Series owners to enjoy warranty, repair and software upgrade services at any of OPPO authorised service centres in the selected countries and regions.

    OPPO has insisted on cultivating its own technical engineers through rounds of screening, instead of outsourcing the repair service to the third-party vendors. Therefore, Find X3 Pro users are able to enjoy maintenance service by OPPO’s top-level engineers.

    Exclusive Reno series backup devices are also available for loan at the service centres when Find X3 Pro owners have emergent demands.
