The OPPO Pad Air Makes Its Debut in Singapore

3 November 2022, Singapore – OPPO has announced the launch of an all-new tablet, the OPPO Pad Air, in Singapore today. Retailing at S$399, the OPPO Pad Air was meticulously developed to offer comprehensive performance and top-notch design technology and system interaction experience.

The OPPO Pad Air weighs about 440 g and is only 6.94 mm thick. The light in-hand feel makes it more comfortable to hold and its rear panel adopts the industry's first 3D finishing technology and exclusive metal splicing design to achieve ideal thinness without compromising on the design of the device.

In terms of interface, the OPPO Pad Air comes equipped with the new ColorOS for Pad system that allows for more efficient and smoother smart connection functions to take the large-screen experience for users to another level.

First-of-its-kind sunset dune 3D texture
The upper part of the OPPO Pad Air rear panel combines 3D texture design and OPPO Glow inspired by the endless sight of sunset pouring over boundless dunes. The lower part of the rear panel has been sandblasted to leave sand particles with a diameter of only 0.15 mm on its surface to give the panel a more metallic and appealing look while preventing fingerprints and slipping.

ColorOS for Pad — an all-new experience for smarter and smoother interactions
OPPO Pad Air runs on the newly upgraded ColorOS for Pad operating system. The tablet incorporates two new Multi-Screen Connect functions, namely file drag and drop and clipboard sharing, while maintaining the original unique functions for smart interactions, including two-finger split screen, four-finger floating window, and Smart Sidebar. When a phone is connected to the tablet, users can directly drag and drop photos and videos taken by the phone to the tablet for processing, making file transfers easier and faster. Additionally, users can also copy text on one device and paste it onto the other device, enabling users to improve their productivity through the seamless connection.

OPPO Pad Air is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon® 680 Mobile Platform. Its eight-core architecture and AI System Booster 2.1 allow users to operate easily even when multitasking. OPPO Pad Air sports a 10.36-inch 2K HD eye care display that has passed TÜV Rheinland's certification for low blue light eye protection which ensures clear and smooth pictures while effectively reducing eye fatigue.

OPPO Pad Air is equipped with four large speakers that support Dolby Atmos to deliver high-quality, layered sound with clarity and an immersive listening experience. Its large 7,100 mAh battery also allows users to watch videos for up to 12 hours, attend video conferences for 15 hours, or read e-books for 16 hours.
