Reno12 Pro 5G is equipped with a flagship-level main camera that incorporates Sony's latest LYTIA series LYT-600 sensor. This sensor measures 1/1.95 inches, features 50 million pixels, and sports a large aperture of f/1.8, allowing for increased light intake and super-rich image detail. The camera is also outfitted with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and supports full-pixel omnidirectional autofocus, significantly enhancing the reliability of capturing sharp photos.

Additionally, Reno12 Pro 5G's Telephoto Portrait Camera has been upgraded to 50 million pixels, ensuring ultra-clear details and a wider focusing range. This camera supports 2X optical zoom and up to 20X hybrid zoom, with an effective focal length of 47mm—closely matching the 50mm "golden" focal length favored by portrait photographers for its natural portrait effects. This lens simplifies composition in complex environments, helping the subject to stand out. It also minimizes distortion in close-ups while achieving a better sense of spatial compression for more harmonious blending of subjects and scenes.

The same 50MP sensor is also employed in Reno12 Pro 5G's front-facing camera, which features autofocus capabilities. Impressively, this allows users to record 4K ultra-clear videos, offering a clarity that is four times the industry standard.
